As a San Francisco native, Allan H. Omand began his real estate career in 1984 with Century 21 as an Owner/Broker. He later purchased the Realty World Franchise in San Mateo, California where he excelled in recruiting, building and leading a top performing sales staff. In 1995 Pacific Coast Properties was established. In the past 15 years Pacific Coast Properties investment group has purchased over 75+ apartment buildings. His extensive expertise in high volume real estate development and management operations has helped bring revenues and profits to his investors.
